to Order
Ordering is very easy.
STEP 1
Send me an email at vesna.gradt@inspiredjewelry.at
with the model and price, and your name, address and phone
number (phone number optional)
STEP 2
Shortly thereafter you will receive the confirmation email with your order details and
invoice
STEP 3
Immediately after receiving your payment we will mail
you the jewelry you ordered. If
you would like to change your order, kindly send me
an email as soon as possible.
Delivery Costs:
- Delivery within Austria
€ 5,50 (for order of more than € 50, free
delivery)
- Delivery to Germany
€ 12,80 (for order of more than € 120, free
delivery)
- Delivery to other European
Countries € 14,20 (for
order of more than € 120, free delivery)
Delivery within Austria is normally
1-2 days, for Germany 2-4 and other European countries
5-8 days
How to pay:
- Pay Pal (no extra charge for buyer)
- Bank transfer (no extra charge for buyer within EU)
- In cash on delivery (only within Austria, with extra charge of € 6,00)
If you live in Vienna, you can contact
me and make arrangements to collect your jewelry in
person, saving the delivery costs. My home-studio is in the 18th district, conveniently
accessible by tramway 40 and 41, by fast train S45 or
by the bus A10 – stop Gersthof.
Return policy:
I want you to be confident when buying from me and wish
to welcome you again as a customer.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with
the quality of the jewelry you have ordered , I will
gladly refund your money. Simply return your purchase
in its original box, undamaged, within a week of receiving
delivery. Upon receipt of the returned item I will credit
your account (less the delivery costs).
